I offer speaking engagements for athletic teams on the power of mental health, mindfulness, and mental training in enhancing performance.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

In a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your concerns, set goals, explore coping strategies, and receive personalized support from a trained professional. Each session is 50 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently offer private-pay sessions at $50 per session. However, I can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. I also take HSA cards.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, HSA, PayPal, and Venmo. Invoices will be sent via square.

How do I schedule an appointment?

How do virtual sessions work?

Sessions are conducted via a secure google meets platform, allowing you to receive support from anywhere. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.
